Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take to the UK? We offer tracked express shipping on all orders. Once dispatched, your Lapzip gear typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties? No. We handle the logistics so you don't have to. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees upon delivery to your UK address.
The Lapzip™ 3D Armor Bag
Will my 16-inch MacBook Pro fit? Yes. The Lapzip™ 3D Armor Shell is engineered with a dedicated, suspended tech-sleeve that fits all MacBook models up to 16", as well as most 15.6" Windows and Gaming laptops.
Is the bag completely waterproof? The exterior is crafted from high-density, hydrophobic Oxford fabric and a 3D EVA shell that causes water to bead and roll off instantly. While it is highly weather-resistant and designed for the British rain, it is not intended for full submersion.
How does the "Armor" protection work? Our bag features a 3D geometric exoskeleton. Unlike soft fabric bags, this shell absorbs and deflects impact energy. Inside, your laptop is cradled by convoluted "egg-crate" foam that provides 360° shock absorption.
AirTag™ Compatible Holder
Does the product include an Apple AirTag™? No. The AirTag™ Compatible holder includes the premium housing, attachment hardware, and security clip. The AirTag electronic device itself must be purchased separately from Apple or an authorized retailer.
Where is the best place to attach the holder? For maximum security, we recommend using the internal luggage straps or the hidden D-ring inside the main compartment. This keeps your tracker "Stealth" hidden from view while maintaining a perfect signal.

What is your return policy? We stand by our gear. In accordance with UK consumer rights, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of your Lapzip product, simply contact our support team to initiate a return.
Is there a warranty on the 3D Shell Backpack? We stand by the quality of our gear. Every Lapzip™ Armor Shell backpack is covered by a 12-Month Quality Guarantee. If your bag experiences a manufacturing defect or structural failure, we will replace it. Our goal is to keep your tech protected.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my Lapzip bag? Due to the hydrophobic nature of the shell, most dirt and dust can be wiped away with a damp microfibre cloth. We do not recommend machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this may affect the water-resistant coating.
